I recently had the opportunity to stay at Dunclutha Guest House while attending a local music festival, which provided a much-needed retreat. The location made it easy to immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere yet still enjoy the tranquility of the gardens. Upon arrival, I was met by an attentive staff who made us feel right at home, and the rooms were comfortable and tidy-definitely a good base for our adventures. One highlight was indulging in a home-cooked breakfast that set us up for the day ahead. We, of course, made use of the hot tub in the secluded rear garden after our festival escapades. This little oasis was perfect for relaxation after a busy day's exploration. My son greatly enjoyed the experience and is already asking when we can return. While navigating the area was straightforward thanks to GPS, I could see how it might be a bit tricky for first-time visitors without proper guidance. This stay rejuvenated us, providing a peaceful and enjoyable break amidst the festivities. I would consider a return visit next year.
